Jillian's model Lauren told us that they were in a car accident that afternoon. No one was hurt, but it took about three hours to complete all of the paperwork. (The accident was not their fault.) Lauren is my husband's favorite model so I had to have a photo.

All of the models are adorable. Here are Katie and Jacqueline with Alison Kelly and Victorya Hong. We noted that Rami's model, Samantha was not there....

Jillian is gorgeous and really nice.

Christian told us that he made this dress for Lisa the night before. Lisa has really long legs! Christian brought "an entourage" of friends and supporters.
Nathaniel Hawkins was wearing a very shiny black jacket.

We were thrilled to meet Sweet P.

She was with her friend Sam and Jim Cantiello was her date for the evening. This smile never left his face.

Rami Kashou is very handsome and charming. I think he has The Scarlett thoroughly under his spell....

Kevin Christiana promised to record a podcast for us on Friday, we also have committments from Kayne Gillaspie and Malan Breton. Who would YOU like to hear from and what questions would you ask?
Ricky was wearing his shiny red hat. Chris wore leopard of course. Jack Mackenroth is really handsome.
Just before 10:00, the doors to the theatre opened and Scar got in right away to score our seats. (She was at the party last year, so she knew the routine.) Andy Cohen was seated directly behind us. He was with his friend Liza whom he often mentions in his blog. We admitted to him that we kind of like "Make Me a Supermodel." Go Holly!
The finalists and Tim Gunn and other "VIPs" like Ted Allen and Gail Simmons were seated on couches at the front of the theater. A representative from TRESemme welcomed everyone and the show began.
During the commercial breaks, the audio was turned down and the audience buzz turned up - especially Jack Mackenroth and his friends. They were very enthusiastic. Hi Jack! Sometimes people would leave to get another drink, but mostly everyone stayed put. During the last commercial break the doors opened and a ton of photographers were let in to the front VIP section. They all faced the designers and when Christian was announced as the winner, the flashbulbs went off like crazy. I'm surprised that boy isn't blind. Anything that happened onscreen after the announcement of the winner was impossible to watch. But that's okay!
Afterward everyone filed out and the designers returned to the red carpet for more interviews. There was Jay McCarroll with Nora Caliguri from season one and her sister. Nora is really cute with long blonde hair.
We stayed until about midnight and were delighted to meet Brad Walsh. He composed the music for Christian's show and was more than willing to share it with BPR. Thanks Brad.
I knew that there were plenty of photographers taking photos and their photos would be far better than mine so I didn't try too hard to get photos of everyone. However, I had to have this one...

Here is a link to more photos of the party.
On the way out we received TRESemme goodie bags filled with hair products and a cd of music from the show. I've been listening to it and it is fun to recognize the various themes.
Many of the designers were headed out to party some more, but not me, I was beat, so Scar and I went upstairs to our room. It was a wonderful evening.
Thank you TRESemme!
