Note From Andrae Gonzalo

We've done it again! (aplogies to those of you who got this from Jamie too) But, we're staging another dance-comedy at Highways, on Memorial Day Weekend. For those of you who missed last year's life-sized dancing turd, festooned with pieces of corn, well, you might get close to making up for it if you see our new piece entitled, "Go Metro . . . "

This time we're taking apart and examining the madness and estrangement that runs rampant through LA's Public Transit system. If you're in LA for the holiday, make us part of your plans! If you ride the bus or the train, you'll recognize some of the characters that populate your daily life. If you don't, you'll get a tiny glimpse of the the DAILY THEATRE that you're missing out on, every day, by sitting in the traffic. We promise not to disappoint. We've got Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, and Speaking in tongues. Indeed, one seriously memorable memorial day weekend.

Make your reservations by phone, or get tickets online. We're the LA Weekly's "Dance Pick of the Week", and we don't want our friends to have to sit on the floor cushions!

-Ciao-
AndraƩ
