After the episode ended, the models came back out and this time, one of them was wearing Andy’s outfit. They proceeded with gymnastics/ dance and trampoline show that was lively and had the audience clapping and tapping their feet for more! Afterwards, Heidi Klum took pictures with Andy South and other designers, as well as the models.
Some of the designers that we were able to speak to were Andy South, who was really happy to speak to BPR, and was glad to hear about our support and admiration this season. We also spoke to Peach Carr, who was very sweet and happy to hear BPR was in attendance.
Ivy Higa was beautiful and gracious, she took a picture with us. Nicholas D’Aurizio spoke to us for a few minutes and told us he’s in full gear preparing for his February fashion Show. Some of the past season’s designers that we spoke to were: Anthony Williams (Season 6), who was super funny and looked great, he told us he was visiting New York to get some things going but he still resides in Atlanta. We briefly spoke to Kenley Collins (Season 5) who looked gorgeous.
Without a doubt the highlight of the night for me was to finally meet designer Emilio Sosa, who was my favorite in Season 6. He spoke to us for a while and told us he’s preparing to launch something soon and will keep BPR informed, so when that happens we can support his endeavor.
This was a great event that not only introduced a comfortable, cute and wearable Heidi Klum/ New Balance active wear line but it also highlighted Project Runway and the influence the show is making in the fashion world.
