Q: How was the All-Star show different from Season 7?
A: I believe I came into this season relaxed and more self-confident of my gift! It’s also safe to say that everyone has grown-up from his or her experiences on PR, thus making us all more mature.
Q: Who was your best friend from the All-Star cast?
A: Rami Rami Rami! I didn’t buy into the tough exterior, he can sometimes portray. Overall, the relationship was and is organic and not forced.
Q: How do you like the new judges? Who is your favorite guest judge?
A: Favorite Judge has to be Georgina Chapman. She reminds me of one of my former teachers (Anthony didn’t divulge the name). She is gorgeous!
In regards, to the judges, it was difficult because I grew to know the previous judges and didn’t comprehend what the new judges agenda was. Isaac Mizrahi for example, was he trying to mentor the contestants or further his own career? Remember, he was on another fashion related show (no names mentioned).
Q: How do you like Andrea Lindvall? How does she compare to Heidi?
A: She doesn’t compare! You can’t compare a seasoned veteran to a less recognized figure.
Q: What can the fans look forward to in the All-Stars season?
A: A lot of confidence (as he smiles), sophistication, strength, and the obvious.
In conclusion, Anthony and I talked a little about his experience on Season 7 of PR. Anthony mentioned that he misses his fellow cast mates and when we chatted about All Stars, he expressed admiration for everyone’s skills. I told him he's my fan favorite to win All Stars and he just beamed. I tried to get inside secrets but he's not giving away anything. I fathom we will have to WATCH, WAIT, and SEE.
It was great to be able to attend Anthony’s appearance and get the chance to learn more about the designer, the man, and the talent. I'm definitely rooting for him in All Stars! Something’s telling me that we haven’t heard the last of this southern gentleman.
