BPR: Tell us more about the glasses.
VL: Well, I
believe that every collection is a collaboration. It takes a village!
It's not just me. These glasses are designed by A-Morir just for my collection. They will be available soon.
BPR: Please describe some of the fabrics and techniques used in this collection.
VL:
I love playing with textures. I try to use innovative techniques and I
think that fashion can also be art. The pleating was inspired by a
gift that I received from one of students from when I was teaching at
Mood. I just continued to experiment with pleating and really enjoyed
it.
Also, the hard pieces use a process employed by a lot of costume makers.
BPR: What are you working on now?
VL:
Believe it or not, I have more pieces from this collection. I have
more trenches, I have menswear and lots of leather jackets. I plan to
present a full lookbook in early November. I also have a video which is

VL:
Yes, my collection is available in Lebanon and in the Middle Eaat. For
